Mass Effect 3 Male Shepard head morphs for ME3 (self.masseffect) submitted 3 years ago by Cajete I swear, I have searched and searched the interwebs for a face morph I can load into Gibbed Save Editor for ME3 but to no avail.

For ME2 JRsV added the slightly different codes, as well as mildly moddedhead-morphs. Next JRsV translated these codes to ME1 slider settings, usingthe Face Code Converter by Tup3xi.For the complete look in ME2 and ME3, the head-morph files are needed.
